IMPLEMENTATION JOURNEY

A deliberate path
to clinical readiness.

Clinical software needs more than a module switch. FertPro’s proposed rollout follows a documented sequence from platform preparation to clinician-approved specialty release.

01

Discover & scope

Map the clinic, people, priorities, required modules and acceptance criteria.

02

Prepare the platform

Verify the tenant, access boundaries, backup plan and migration reconciliation.

03

Build & approve

Complete specialty dictionaries, forms, consent, reports and clinical-owner review.

04

Pilot & release

Test realistic scenarios, train the team, pilot in a controlled setting and approve go-live.

The foundation comes first.

The source architecture identifies host-based clinic resolution, membership enforcement across views, administration, search and exports, and a tenant-aware API/event boundary as next-phase work.

Data migration is a separate gate

Existing IVF/Cryobank records must only be attached to a verified production tenant after backup and reconciliation. A new website or domain does not perform that migration.

Specialty release follows clinical approval

The documented sequence is blueprint, data dictionary, role permissions, forms and orders, reports, safety testing, clinician sign-off, controlled pilot and production release.

Near-term candidates

Gynae Plus is identified as the first approval-ready specialty blueprint. Gynae/Maternal-Fetal Medicine or Aesthetics are candidate next builds after the platform foundation, with separate pilot environments.
