FERTPRO AESTHETICS
Planned specialty scope · Availability subject to clinical validation

Precision in every treatment record. Continuity in every follow-up.

Consultations, procedures, products and follow-up.

THE CLINICAL JOURNEY

Designed around the way
your specialty works.

Treatment course with anatomical map, product/device exposure, standardized photography and outcome review.

01

Consultation records concerns, treatment goals, relevant history, previous procedures, contraindication review and realistic expectations.

02

Obtain procedure-specific consent separately from permission to use photographs in marketing; capture standardized views and lighting.

03

Document injection sites, products/batches, quantities and technique; for energy devices record actual parameters, handpiece and passes.

04

Manage aftercare, planned review, complications, emergency escalation, repeat sessions and financial packages without hiding clinical decision-making.

Diagnosis coverage and clinical records

Age-related aesthetic concerns, scars, pigmentation concerns, unwanted hair and selected skin conditions; record clinical diagnoses when established, but do not medicalize every cosmetic goal. Complications include burns, nodules, infection, vascular compromise and pigment change with onset and treatment record.

Equipment and integration plans
  • Clinical cameras/3D imaging and skin analysis → consented images and measurements through authorized export.
  • Lasers, IPL, RF, ultrasound and body-contouring devices → treatment log imports where available; do not assume standardized APIs or remote setting control.

Connections require an approved interface and testing against the installed manufacturer, model and software. Listed equipment is a candidate integration target.

Reporting and meaningful outcomes

Review completion, recorded adverse events by procedure/exposure, patient-reported change and package utilization; do not market unvalidated efficacy percentages.

Development scope and clinical validation

Initial scope

Consultation, consent, photos, treatment maps, product traceability and follow-up.

Advanced scope

Authorized device logs, standardized 3D comparisons and outcomes analytics.

Example acceptance scenarios

  • Before/after photos must preserve originals and matched acquisition conditions; no automatic cosmetic enhancement.
  • A product recall query must identify every affected patient, lot, site and session; complication follow-up remains active until reviewed.
