FERTPRO ONCOLOGY
Planned specialty scope · Availability subject to clinical validation

Bring the cancer journey into one coordinated clinical record.

Staging, treatment, toxicity and survivorship scope.

THE CLINICAL JOURNEY

Designed around the way
your specialty works.

Cancer disease episode with tumour characterization, staging versions, treatment lines/cycles and response.

01

Assemble pathology, imaging, biomarkers/genomics, stage, comorbidities, functional status and patient priorities for multidisciplinary review.

02

Plan systemic therapy with protocol/version, intent, line, cycles, day-level orders, consent and pre-treatment checks.

03

Coordinate pharmacy verification, infusion administration, radiation/surgical referrals, toxicity and supportive/palliative care.

04

Maintain response/progression, survivorship and recurrence timeline with registry export and trial eligibility reviewed by clinicians.

Diagnosis coverage and clinical records

Primary malignancy by site/histology; metastatic disease with primary linkage; haematological malignancy; recurrence and treatment complications. Store clinical/pathological stage separately, named staging system/edition and date; biomarkers retain specimen, assay and interpretive provenance.

Equipment and integration plans
  • Infusion systems → administration evidence via Pharmacy; pathology/genomic labs → structured report plus original; radiotherapy OIS/TPS → authorized plan/delivery summaries, commonly specialized interfaces.
  • DICOM RT objects require specialist handling and physics approval; importing a plan is not permission for EMR-directed radiation delivery.

Connections require an approved interface and testing against the installed manufacturer, model and software. Listed equipment is a candidate integration target.

Reporting and meaningful outcomes

Time to treatment with starting event defined; cycle delays by reason; toxicity follow-up; response and survival summaries with censoring/follow-up explicitly handled.

Development scope and clinical validation

Initial scope

Disease/stage timeline, MDT, treatment plan, cycle record, toxicities and follow-up.

Advanced scope

Validated prescribing, infusion/OIS/genomics connectors and mCODE-based exchange.

Example acceptance scenarios

  • Protocol changes must not retroactively modify prior signed chemotherapy orders.
  • A held cycle, dose reduction and adverse event must remain connected; missing required verification cannot be represented as completed treatment.
