FERTPRO RADIOLOGY
Planned specialty scope · Availability subject to clinical validation

Turn imaging findings into clear, accountable clinical communication.

Radiology worklists, structured reports and critical findings.

THE CLINICAL JOURNEY

Designed around the way
your specialty works.

Diagnostic interpretation and communication layered on Imaging’s study and archive.

01

Prioritize unread studies by urgency and subspecialty, assign readers and surface previous images/reports.

02

Provide structured templates, dictated text, organ-specific categories, lesion measurements and comparison with prior studies.

03

Manage preliminary/final reports, consultant verification, discrepancy review and addenda with recipient notifications.

04

Track urgent findings and incidental-finding follow-up through acknowledgement and action; include image-guided procedures with specimens and complications.

Diagnosis coverage and clinical records

Radiologist impression records findings and differential/definitive diagnoses with confidence and recommendation. Support fractures, masses, haemorrhage, embolic disease, infection and organ-specific disease; use BI-RADS/LI-RADS/TI-RADS/O-RADS only in their intended domains and versions.

Equipment and integration plans
  • Diagnostic viewers, PACS, speech recognition and approved AI orchestration → images, annotations, structured findings and signed reports.
  • AI outputs remain attributed to model/version and input study, with human review; no automatic normal report or incidental-finding closure.

Connections require an approved interface and testing against the installed manufacturer, model and software. Listed equipment is a candidate integration target.

Reporting and meaningful outcomes

Report turnaround by urgency; critical finding acknowledgement; discrepancy review completion; recommendation follow-up with eligibility and time window.

Development scope and clinical validation

Initial scope

Report templates, worklists, sign-off, addenda and critical-result communication.

Advanced scope

Structured measurements, longitudinal lesion tracking and governed AI integrations.

Example acceptance scenarios

  • An amended urgent finding must reopen the communication task even if the original report was acknowledged.
  • Imported measurements require image/series association; a prior lesion cannot be matched solely by its size.
