FERTPRO EMERGENCY CARE
Planned specialty scope · Availability subject to clinical validation

Keep urgent care coordinated as the clinical picture changes.

Triage, rapid diagnostics, observation and disposition.

THE CLINICAL JOURNEY

Designed around the way
your specialty works.

Time-critical encounter with triage, repeated reassessment, interventions and disposition.

01

Allow rapid registration with temporary identity, arrival mode, presenting complaint and immediate stabilization; reconcile identity later.

02

Use a locally adopted validated triage system with reassessment, observations, escalation and responsibility visible on a live board.

03

Provide resuscitation/trauma documentation, event timestamps, medicines, tests, consultations and procedure logs; support concurrent team entry.

04

Track observation, admission, transfer, discharge and patients leaving early; hand over pending results and safety-net instructions.

Diagnosis coverage and clinical records

Undifferentiated chest pain, breathlessness, abdominal pain, altered consciousness, trauma, suspected stroke, sepsis, poisoning and acute psychiatric crises. Preserve presenting syndrome, working differential and final diagnosis separately; rules must not delay clinician-led emergency care.

Equipment and integration plans
  • Bedside monitors, ECG, blood-gas/POCT, defibrillators and point-of-care ultrasound → patient-linked observations, waveform/event summaries and images.
  • Ambulance handoff imports need reconciliation of clock and temporary identity; device data is not automatically a verified clinical chart.

Connections require an approved interface and testing against the installed manufacturer, model and software. Listed equipment is a candidate integration target.

Reporting and meaningful outcomes

Door-to-clinician and decision-to-departure intervals; reassessment compliance; unreviewed results after discharge; reattendance using defined window and denominator.

Development scope and clinical validation

Initial scope

Triage, tracking board, rapid orders, repeated observations, intervention log and disposition.

Advanced scope

Device feeds, prehospital handoff and validated pathway support.

Example acceptance scenarios

  • Temporary identity merge must preserve all interventions and audit history without losing allergies or results.
  • Out-of-order monitor data cannot overwrite more recent observations; deterioration worklists require actionable escalation ownership.
