FERTPRO CARDIOLOGY
Planned specialty scope · Availability subject to clinical validation

Connect cardiac investigations to long-term care.

Cardiac diagnostics, pathways, procedures and registries.

THE CLINICAL JOURNEY

Designed around the way
your specialty works.

Cardiovascular disease timeline with waveform studies, structured imaging, procedures and device follow-up.

01

Capture symptoms, cardiovascular risks, family history, examination, medicines and prior interventions.

02

Manage ECG, ambulatory monitoring, echo, stress testing and catheterization with study-specific reports and urgent-result routing.

03

Provide heart-failure, arrhythmia, valve disease, hypertension and anticoagulation follow-up with longitudinal trends.

04

Record implanted device identity, interrogation reports, alerts, procedures and referral to electrophysiology or surgery.

Diagnosis coverage and clinical records

Coronary artery disease/acute coronary syndromes; heart failure with phenotype; arrhythmias; valvular disease; cardiomyopathy; congenital disease; hypertension. Distinguish ECG/device algorithms from clinician-confirmed rhythm and diagnosis.

Equipment and integration plans
  • ECG/Holter, echo, stress systems, cath-lab haemodynamics and implant remote-monitoring portals → approved waveform/report and measurement interfaces.
  • DICOM ECG/echo or vendor XML/HL7 may be available; telemetry waveforms need dedicated storage and filtering; pacemaker programming remains with approved systems.

Connections require an approved interface and testing against the installed manufacturer, model and software. Listed equipment is a candidate integration target.

Reporting and meaningful outcomes

Report turnaround, actionable device-alert review, heart-failure follow-up and procedure outcomes with case definition; no unadjusted league tables.

Development scope and clinical validation

Initial scope

Cardiology consultation, ECG/echo reports, disease follow-up and procedure/device registry.

Advanced scope

Waveform import, structured echo and authorized remote-device data.

Example acceptance scenarios

  • Serial EF values using different methods must display that difference instead of implying direct equivalence.
  • An automated rhythm alert requires review and responsible routing; replayed remote alerts must not generate duplicate tasks.
