A continuous record for women’s health.

Gynaecology, antenatal care and women’s health pathways.

THE CLINICAL JOURNEY

Designed around the way
your specialty works.

Gynaecological episode with menstrual timeline, reproductive history, anatomical findings and procedure follow-up.

01

Capture cycle pattern, last menstrual period, bleeding diary, pain, sexual/reproductive history, contraception and fertility priorities with appropriate confidentiality.

02

Provide pelvic examination and diagram, cervical screening/HPV follow-up, colposcopy and biopsy workflows; preserve specimen-to-pathology links.

03

Support abnormal bleeding, fibroid, endometriosis, menopause and pelvic-floor consultations with condition-specific history and longitudinal outcomes.

04

Schedule office procedures and surgery referrals with consent, pregnancy assessment when appropriate, product/implant identification and post-procedure review.

Diagnosis coverage and clinical records

Abnormal uterine bleeding; leiomyoma; adenomyosis; suspected/confirmed endometriosis; PCOS; ovarian/adnexal masses; cervical dysplasia; pelvic inflammatory disease; prolapse; menopausal symptoms. Keep imaging suspicion, histology confirmation and operative findings separately attributable.

Equipment and integration plans
  • Ultrasound → DICOM images and available structured measurements; hysteroscopy/colposcopy → consented images/video with lesion location.
  • Urodynamics and pelvic-floor instruments → vendor report or validated data import; keep raw report alongside entered interpretations.

Connections require an approved interface and testing against the installed manufacturer, model and software. Listed equipment is a candidate integration target.

Reporting and meaningful outcomes

Abnormal screening follow-up completion; symptom change with the same instrument; pathology-result acknowledgement and procedure follow-up attendance.

Development scope and clinical validation

Initial scope

History, menstrual record, examination, ultrasound summary, procedures, specimens and recall register.

Advanced scope

Colposcopy image mapping, advanced endometriosis diagrams and pelvic-floor integrations.

Example acceptance scenarios

  • Normal imaging must not automatically erase a clinically suspected endometriosis problem.
  • A cervical biopsy result must return to the exact sampled site and trigger a documented follow-up plan.
